Luke is an ICM trainee in London and a PhD student at the University of Cambridge. He also serves as the National FICM Academic StR Representative and was the national lead for the TRIC Network project NEAT-ECHO. His research focuses on immune dysfunction in severe acute hypoxaemicrespiratory failure and cardiogenic shock.
Adam is an anaesthetics and ICM trainee in the West Midlands. He is currently an NIHR Doctoral Research Fellow. His clinical and research work focuses on care of the critically ill patient, from their initial prehospital treatment through to post-resuscitation and critical care management.

Amy is an anaesthetics registrar in Wessex with an interest in ICM. She has previously looked at the effects of tensile forces on cell differentiation during her MSc.

Alicia is a postdoctoral clinical research fellow at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. The rest of her time is spent as a less than full time intensive care trainee in Mersey. She is currently co-chief investigator of the PIM-COVID study.
Danny is a dual Intensive Care Medicine and Anaesthetic training registrar and works as an Educational Fellow for the Wessex Foundation School. His previous Education projects have included regional and national roles in post-graduate medical education and the private sector.

Brian is an anaesthetics and ICM trainee. He is also a PhD candidate investigating the management of atrial fibrillation in critical care and heart rate variability as a potential physiomarker of disease.
Andrew is an ICM trainee in Northern Ireland. He evaluated mechanisms of ventilator-induced lung injury during his PhD, and is the current trainee representative for the NIHR critical care national specialty group.
Devan is a dual ICM and Anaesthetics trainee in the West midlands. He has an interest in medical education, POCUS and management with previous education roles across anaesthetics, obstetrics and ICM.

Neil is a dual ICU and anaesthetic trainee based in Sussex. He has experience in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education and is undertaking an OOP to pursue his research interest in peri-operative medicine.
